Heathrow Airport has 5 terminals.
In Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 5, you will be met at the arrival hall with a nameplate.

Due to the reconstruction of Terminal 4, it is not possible to meet with a nameplate in the arrivals hall, follow the instructions to meet with the driver:

• Collect your luggage, go to the exit of the arrival hall.
• Follow the signs to the Priority Pick-up boarding area located at the exit of the arrival area.
• Our driver will meet you at the Priority Pick-up area.

IMPORTANT! Please note that the time spent in the Priority Pick-up area is limited. Therefore, we ask you to contact the driver only after you receive all your luggage and are fully ready to leave the terminal.
