Heathrow has 5 terminals. At terminals 1, 2, 3, and 5, you will be met in the arrivals hall with a name sign.

Due to Heathrow Terminal 4 renovations meet&greet is currently unavailable at this terminal. To meet your driver after collecting luggage take left and proceed to Heathrow Express station. Get to Terminal 3 where the driver is going to wait for you with a greeting sign. To navigate at T4 well please refer to the scheme below:
