Please be informed of the updated entry regulations in Saudi Arabia, effective from 27 April to 31 May, regarding access to Makkah.
Until May 2 (included)
- Entry to Makkah is allowed for GCC nationalities holding GCC ID and Makkah entry permit. To get permission, please provide a photo ID and flight ticket.
- For all other nationalities, entry is allowed only with a valid Hajj visa and Makkah entry permit. To get permission, please provide a photo of the Hajj visa and flight ticket.
From May 3
- Entry is allowed only to holders of Hajj visas (of all nationalities) and permission to enter Makkah. To get permission, please provide a photo of the Hajj visa and flight ticket.
Important notice: All required documents must be submitted no later than 6 hours prior to flight arrival.
How to Meet Your Driver?
The meeting point depends on your arrival terminal.
- Collect your luggage at the baggage claim area.
- Proceed to the Arrivals Hall.
- Look to your left as you exit the arrivals area—you will see Subway Cafe. The driver will be waiting for you there.
- Collect your luggage at the baggage claim area.
- Exit the terminal through Exit No. 1.
- The driver will be waiting in front of the exit, holding your name sign.
- Collect your luggage at the baggage claim area.
- Exit the terminal.
- The driver will be waiting outside at Column B, holding your name sign.
Get into the car and enjoy your transfer.
