Dear passengers, please take note of the documents required for transfers to Mecca and Medina:
For GCC nationals: GCC ID only.
For other people: passport + visa (Tourist, Work or Residence visa).
For people with Umrah or Hajj visa: passport + visa (Umrah or Hajj) + flight tickets + Tafweej (special permit for transportation for a specific individual to enter Mecca and Medina in a vehicle registered in Nusuk).
ATTENTION! To prepare Nusuk permit all documents (passport, flight tickets and Umrah/Hajj visa) must be provided to driver no later than 10 hours prior to flight arrival.
How to Meet Your Driver?
The meeting point depends on your arrival terminal.
- Collect your luggage at the baggage claim area.
- Proceed to the Arrivals Hall.
- Look to your left as you exit the arrivals area—you will see Subway Cafe. The driver will be waiting for you there.
- Collect your luggage at the baggage claim area.
- Exit the terminal through Exit No. 1.
- The driver will be waiting in front of the exit, holding your name sign.
- Collect your luggage at the baggage claim area.
- Exit the terminal.
- The driver will be waiting outside at Column B, holding your name sign.
Get into the car and enjoy your transfer.
