How to Meet Your Driver?
After landing at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and collecting your luggage, please proceed to the arrival hall of your respective terminal to meet our transferman.
In Terminals 1 and 2, our transferman will greet you with a sign displaying your name.
In Terminal 3, paging is not permitted as per DXB Airport regulations. Please connect to the free WiFi at the airport and follow the instructions sent via WhatsApp or SMS to locate your driver.

The transferman will be waiting for you in the main arrival hall, near Spinneys Super Market.

Since September 2025 Dubai airport authorities changed greeting rules in Terminal 3, please follow further steps to use your service:
- Connect to Wi-Fi.
- Collect your luggage and proceed to arrivals hall.
- Get to Carrefour Market (ignore the Greet & Go counter).
- As greeting sign is not allowed stay in touch with the transferman (highly important!).
- The driver will come after transferman call. The vehicle arrival time depends on parking lot traffic.
Get into the car and enjoy your transfer.
