How to Meet Your Driver?
A coordinator will guide you to your driver. The meeting point with the coordinator depends on your arrival terminal.
- The coordinator will be waiting for you by the railing.
- If you can’t find him, go to the DU and Etisalat counters (located near Costa Coffee) and message the coordinator on WhatsApp.
- The driver will come after the coordinator calls. The pickup time depends on parking lot congestion.

As of September 2025, the airport administration has limited meet‑and‑greet with signs inside the terminal. Therefore, the driver will meet you outside.
- Connect to the Wi‑Fi. The coordinator will call or message you to arrange the meeting without a sign.
- Collect your luggage.
- Proceed to Exit No. 3 (opposite the Carrefour Market store).
- Go to the parking area and turn left into Zone C.
- The driver with the name sign will be waiting in the parking area.
Get into the car and enjoy your transfer.
